Elizabeth Olsen Sets Highest Ranking For Female Star on Forbes' List

Olsen is an American actress who starred in the films Silent House, Liberal Arts, Godzilla, Avengers: Age of Ultron.

She's also appeared in the miniseries Sorry for Your Loss and web series Wanda Vision.

Olsen was born in Sherman Oaks, California, to Janie, a personal manager, and Dave Olsen, a real estate developer and mortgage banker.

She has two older half-sisters, Taylor and Elizabeth, and two older half-brothers, Trent and Jake, from her father's second marriage.

Olsen began her career as a child actress, appearing in Julia Roberts' It Takes Two (1995) and How the West Was Fun (1994), among other features.

Olsen appeared in an off Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet in 2002. In 2004, she made her film debut in the drama film Martha Marcy May Marlene.

She had a breakout role in 2011 when she starred in the independent horror film Silent House. The film was a commercial success and reviewed positively, and Olsen's performance was lauded.

She later appeared in the movies Liberal Arts (2012), Oldboy (2013), Godzilla (2014), I saw The Light (2015), and Captain America: Civil War (2016).
